Pastor & Musician, Epic Vineyard Community
Calum was born in Church Village (Wales, UK) and has been training to become a Canadian for the past 11 years. On meeting Calum you quickly realize two things; that he has a tremendous sense of fun and that he is a Welshman! Calum plays drums and percussion, releasing his rhythms wherever he finds himself to be. His first professional gig, where he was paid in actual cash, was back in 1984 whilst still a schoolboy, and he has built a wealth of experience over the years from which to draw. You’ll find his playing featured on many acclaimed musical projects, including from the last century, Come Now Is The Time To Worship and Hungry with Brian Doerksen and Vineyard UK, through to the more recent Songs for the Journey series with The Shiyr Poets (GMA Inspirational Album of the Year 2015 & 2017). Calum is a local church pastor here in Calgary with the Epic Vineyard community. He is married to Joyce and together they run around trying to keep up with their two very energetic and accident causing boys.

Music Pastor, First Alliance Church
Growing up in a pastor's home on the East Coast, David has been involved in local church music ministry as long as he can remember, and has been a worship leader for nearly 25 years. For 14 of those years, he served at Kingswood University in New Brunswick as the primary professor of the Music Ministry program, and was responsible for Chapel worship music, traveling music groups, and the Kingswood Chorale. A "musical pluralist" at heart, David spans the gamut of worship music styles, equally comfortable in a wide range of contexts. One Sunday may find him leading a large choir and orchestra, while the next one may find him using loops and a DJ. His passion for all forms of corporate worship and worship music comes from his deep desire to see the whole Church worship together. In 2013, David, his wife, Bethanie, and their 3 daughters packed up the minivan and drove across Canada to relocate to Calgary, where he now serves as the Music Pastor at First Alliance Church. In his free time, he enjoys running, racquetball, board games, singing in the Calgary-based band, "Hope's Creed", eating M&Ms, and watching movie trailers. Yup. Movie trailers.
